Introduction
The Activity page is a log of every change in your account, such as new listings, price changes, sales and order updates. This guide shows you how to open it and read each column, so you can see what changed, when, on which listing or order, and who made the change.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open Activity
In the top menu, click Activity (1). The Activity page lists every change in your account, newest first (2).
Tip: You can also open Activity from your notifications: click the bell (1), then View All Activity (2) at the bottom of the panel.
Step 2: Check What Kind of Record Changed and What Happened
The RECORD badge (1) shows what kind of record changed, such as Listing, Sales, Purchase or Purch. Account. The ACTIVITY column (2) says what happened, such as Price Change, Sold or Order Created.
Step 3: Check When It Happened and Which Tickets It Affected
DATE / TIME (1) shows when the change happened, newest first. EVENT (2), SECTION (3) and SEATS (4), along with EVENT DATE, VENUE, ROW and QTY, show which tickets were affected.
Step 4: Compare the Before and After Values
Scroll the grid to the right. ORIGINAL (1) is the value before the change, and CURRENT (2) is the value after it. In this example, the list price went from 135 to 115.
Step 5: See Who Made the Change and Which Record It Belongs To
USER (1) shows who made the change. System means SeatHQ made it automatically, for example when tickets sell. SOURCE ID shows the listing's ticket group number on listing rows (2) and the SeatHQ order ID on sales rows (3).
Step 6: Check the Footer
The footer shows how many activities match (1) and how many Record types are included (2). Scroll down in the grid to load older activity.
⚠️Important: Activity is a read-only record. To change something, open the listing or order itself.
⚠️Important: You only see activity for your own account, including changes made by other people who use your account.
Tip: Click any row to open its full details on the right (see How to See the Details of an Activity).
Tip: A dash (—) means that column doesn't apply to that kind of record.
Tip: Dates and times are shown in your timezone (see How to Set Your Timezone).
Tip: To download your activity as a spreadsheet, click the Export icon (Export CSV) in the toolbar at the top right of the grid, choose a date range, such as Last 7 Days or All, and click Export (see How to Export Your Data to a CSV File).
