Introduction
Click any row on the Activity page to open a panel with the full change, plus the event, tickets and listing it belongs to. From the panel you can jump straight to the listing or order.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Click a Row
On Activity, click a row, for example a Price Change (1). Its details open in a panel on the right, with the activity name at the top (2).
Step 2: Read the Header and Metadata
The header shows the record badge (1) and the activity name (2). Below it, Metadata (3) shows the Timestamp, the User who made the change and the Source ID.
Step 3: Read the Price Change
Price rows show a Price change summary (1), the List $ before and after (2), the Difference (3) and Set by (4), which says how the price was set, here Flat price entered.
If the new price is below your ticket cost, the panel also shows Cost and Loss when saved, as in this example.
Step 4: See the Event, Tickets and Listing
Scroll down in the panel. Event (1) shows the event name, date and venue. Tickets (2) shows the quantity, section, row and seats. Listing (3) shows the Cost, the Split Type and Broadcast, which shows whether the listing is published and the marketplaces it goes to.
Step 5: Open the Listing
Click View listing (1) at the bottom of the panel. On order rows, this button is View sale.
Step 6: Check the Listing
Inventory opens filtered to that listing (1), with the listing in the grid under its event (2) and its details panel open (3).
Step 7: Other Kinds of Changes, and Closing the Panel
For most other rows, the Change section (1) shows what changed, with FROM and TO values (2). For example, an Unpublished row shows Published going from Yes to No.
To close the panel, click X (3) or click the same row again.
Tip: The panel is the easiest way to read long values that are cut off in the grid.
