Introduction
Every change to a listing is logged on the Activity page. This guide shows you how to see all of one listing's changes in one place, such as when it was added, published and repriced, and when its tickets sold.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open the Listing's History from Inventory
On Inventory, find the listing. Typing the event name in the Event or performer box above the grid (1) helps you find it faster: only that event and its listings stay in the grid. Click ⋮ at the end of the listing's row (2) and choose View History under VIEW (3).
Step 2: Review the Listing's History
The listing's history opens on Activity in a new tab. The TG ID chip (1) shows the ticket group number of the listing you're looking at.
The newest change is at the top, for example Price Change (2), and the oldest is at the bottom, for example Added (3) when the listing was created.
Step 3: Already on Activity? Filter by Source ID
Scroll the grid to the right and click the Source ID box (1), type the listing's ticket group number and tick it (2), then click Done (3).
Step 4: Check the Result
A Source ID chip (1) shows the filter, and only that listing's rows are listed. The footer shows how many there are (2).
⚠️Important: Inventory doesn't show ticket group numbers. You can find a listing's number in the SOURCE ID column on its rows with the Listing badge, or in the TG ID chip after you use View History.
Tip: Price History shows only price changes (see How to See a Listing's Price History). View History shows every change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I see Sold rows?
When tickets from the listing sell, a Sold row is added to its history. Changes to that order, such as tags, are listed too. They have the Sales badge, and their SOURCE ID is the SeatHQ order ID.
What is the Purchase Created row?
A purchase order is created when tickets are added, so it appears next to the listing's Added row.
