Introduction
This guide shows you how to download your Inventory, Orders or Activity as a spreadsheet (CSV) file. You can open the file in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Filter and Choose Your Columns First
Use Filters (1) and the Columns icon (2) in the toolbar to set up the table before you export. On Inventory and Orders, the file includes only the rows that match your filters. On Activity, the file includes the activity in the date range you choose in Step 4 that matches the filter boxes under the column headings (for example Venue). The quick filters in Filters (such as Listings or Sales), the Record box and the Date box under DATE / TIME aren't applied to the file. On Orders and Activity, the file includes only the columns you can see. On Inventory, the file always includes all of the table's columns, even the ones you've hidden.
Tip: On Orders and Activity, hide columns you don't need before you export (see How to Sort, Show or Hide Columns and Change Row Spacing). Hiding columns doesn't change the Inventory file.
Step 2: Export Your Inventory
On Inventory, click the Export icon (1) in the toolbar at the top right of the table. When you point to it, it shows Export CSV. The file downloads straight away, with a name like inventory-export-2026-10-14.csv (the date is the day you export). It includes the listings the table shows, with each listing's event, venue and date/time and all of the table's columns, including hidden ones such as Face Value. The seats are split into two columns, Low Seat and High Seat. The file has one value per column, whichever layout you use on the page.
Tip: Sold-out listings aren't in the file, because the table hides them. To export them, turn on Show sold-out groups in Filters first. The table and the file then show only your sold-out listings.
Step 3: Export Orders or Activity
On Orders or Activity, click the Export icon (1) in the toolbar at the top right of the table. When you point to it, it shows Export CSV.
Step 4: Choose a Date Range and Export
The Export Sales window opens (Export Activity on the Activity page).
- Choose a date range: Today, Current Month, Last 7 Days, Last 4 Weeks, Last Month or All. Each option shows the dates it covers (All exports everything). In this example, Last 4 Weeks (1) is selected.
- Click Export (2).
The file downloads to your computer, with a name like sales-export-2026-10-14.csv (or activity-2026-10-14.csv on Activity). To close the window without exporting, click Cancel.
Step 5: Open the File
Open the file from your Downloads folder in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. In Google Sheets, use File > Import.
⚠️Important: Exported files can include order details and notes. Store them somewhere secure.
Tip: The Purchase Orders page doesn't have an export. To download your purchases or your sales, use the Export icon (Export CSV) in the toolbar of the Purchases or Sales report. It appears once the report shows rows for the dates you chose (see How to Open Reports and Run a Report).
Frequently Asked Questions
The Export icon is greyed out. Why?
On Inventory, the icon is greyed out when the table has no rows to export. Check your filters. On Orders and Activity, it's greyed out only for a moment while the table loads or a file is exporting. On Activity, if nothing matches your filters, you see No matching activity instead of the table. Click Clear to clear your filters.
My file has only the column headings. Why?
Nothing matched your filters and the date range you chose. On Orders, the Export icon stays available even when the table is empty, and no message tells you the file is empty. Check your filters, choose a wider date range (or All) and export again.
Does the Inventory export include sold-out listings?
Only if you turn on Show sold-out groups in Filters. The file always has the same listings as the table, so with Show sold-out groups on it has only your sold-out listings. To get both, export once with it off and once with it on.
Is there a limit to how much I can export?
Yes. An Inventory or Orders file holds up to 100,000 listings or orders. If you have more, you'll see a message such as Export limited to the first 100,000 orders. and the file has only the first 100,000. Narrow your filters or date range and export again.
