Introduction
Each order leaves several rows on the Activity page, such as when it came in, when it was tagged, and the sale on your listing. This guide shows you how to find all of them, and how to jump from Activity back to the order.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Note the Order's Numbers
On Delivery > Orders, note the order's MARKETPLACE ORDER ID (1) and its SEATHQ ORDER ID (2).
Step 2: Search by the Marketplace Order Number
On Activity, type the marketplace order number in the Now box under CURRENT (1). Two rows match: Sold (2), logged on the listing that sold, and Order Created (3).
⚠️Important: The Now search only finds rows whose CURRENT value is the marketplace order number (Sold and Order Created). To see tags and delivery changes for the order, filter Source ID by the SeatHQ order ID (Step 4).
Step 3: Read the Source IDs
Scroll the grid to the right. On the Sold row, SOURCE ID is the ticket group number of the listing that sold (1). On the Order Created row, it's the SeatHQ order ID (2).
Step 4: See Everything That Happened to the Order
Click Clear all. Scroll the grid to the right if needed, then click the Source ID box (1), type the SeatHQ order ID, tick it and click Done. You now see the order's other changes, such as Tags Added (2), along with the Order Created row (3).
The Sold row isn't listed here, because its Source ID is the listing's ticket group number (Step 3).
Step 5: Open the Order
Click the Order Created row (1), then click View sale (2) at the bottom of the panel.
Step 6: Check the Order
Orders opens filtered to that order (1), with the order in the grid (2) and its details panel open (3).
Tip: You can also turn on the Sales quick filter and look for the SeatHQ order ID in the SOURCE ID column.
Tip: To learn more about the order panel, see How to Open an Order's Details.
