Introduction
Inventory is where you see and manage all of your listings, and it's the first page you see after you log in. This guide shows you how to open it and what the event rows, listing rows, columns and footer totals tell you.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open Inventory
Inventory opens as soon as you log in. At the top of the page, Positions (1) is highlighted with a blue underline, and the Inventory tab (2) shows in the row of tabs under the top menu, with its count, here 29. The grid shows your affiliate's listings, grouped by event.
Above the grid, the toolbar has Filters on the left and View: No view, the Columns, Density and Export icons, COMPS, PRICE INLINE and Add Tickets on the right. Under it, the event filters let you search by Event or performer, Venue and date (Any date), and Soonest first sets the event order (see How to Filter Your Inventory and Find a Listing).
Tip: To come back to Inventory from any other page, point to Positions at the top of the page and click Inventory.
Step 2: Read an Event Row
Each event has its own row across the grid, with your listings for it underneath. The event row shows:
- the event name (1)
- the date and time, with its time zone (2), for example Oct 28, 2026 · 7:30 PM ET
- the venue and city (3)
- totals for the event (4): LISTINGS (how many listings you have), QTY (tickets still for sale), COST (what you paid for them) and AT LIST (their value at your list prices), for example LISTINGS 4 · QTY 8 · COST $1,600.00 · AT LIST $2,396.00
Tip: Point to AT LIST to see what it means: Listed total (price × unsold).
Tip: Click an event name to show only that event's listings. To see all of your listings again, click Clear all filters.
Step 3: Read a Listing Row
Under the event, each row is one listing (a ticket group). Some cells show two values, one above the other:
- SECTION (1): the section and row, for example 105 · Row 8, and under it the seats still unsold, for example Seats 3–4
- LIST $ (2): your price per ticket, and under it Basis, what you paid per ticket
- COST TOTAL (3): what you paid per ticket times the QTY
- QTY (4): the number of tickets still for sale
Tip: STATUS stays in place while you scroll right, so you always know which listing you're looking at.
Tip: Sold tickets aren't counted in QTY. To see the orders for a listing's event, choose View Sales in its ⋮ menu (see How to Open the Actions Menu for a Listing), or tick Has Sold under Filters to see only listings with sales.
Step 4: Check the STATUS
- A green dot (1) means the listing is published to the marketplaces.
- A grey dot (2) means the listing is unpublished.
Step 5: Check Delivery, Marketplaces and Tags
Further right, you'll see:
- DELIVERY (1): the delivery method, for example Direct Transfer or PDF Upload, and under it On hand or the date the tickets will be available
- MARKETPLACES (2). A green ALL pill means every marketplace.
- EXTERNAL TAGS (3), for example Includes parking
- INTERNAL TAGS (4), for example Aisle
Step 6: See the Far Right of the Grid
At the far right of the grid:
- DATE ADDED (1) shows when the listing was created.
- The ⋮ at the end of each listing row (2) opens that listing's Actions menu (see How to Open the Actions Menu for a Listing).
Step 7: Read the Footer Totals
The footer at the bottom of the grid shows:
- how many listings are loaded (1), for example 20 of 29 ticket groups. Scroll down to load the rest.
- Qty, the tickets still for sale (2)
- Cost Total (3)
- Total Listed (4)
The totals cover all listings that match your current filters, including ones you haven't scrolled to yet, so they change when you filter.
Tip: Total Listed is each listing's LIST $ times its QTY, added up.
Step 8: Fold an Event Away
Click the arrow at the left of an event row (1) to hide its listings. The event row and its totals (2) stay. Click the arrow again to show them.
⚠️Important: Sold-out listings and past events are hidden by default (see How to See Sold-Out Listings and Past Events).
