Introduction
Every listing in your Inventory has an Actions menu. It lists every action you can take on that one listing, such as editing, publishing, viewing its sales or removing it. This guide shows you how to open the menu, what's in it and what to do when an item is greyed out.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Find the Listing and Click ⋮
Find the ticket group row you want (1) and click ⋮ (Actions menu) at the right end of the row (2). Event rows don't have this menu.
Tip: If you don't see ⋮, COMPS is probably on. Click COMPS in the toolbar to turn it off.
Step 2: Pick an Action
- Edit listing is at the top (1).
- AVAILABILITY (2) has Unpublish (or Publish, if the listing is unpublished).
- MODIFY (3) has Tags, Split and Combine.
- VIEW (4) has Price History, View History, View Sales, View in Marketplace and Venue map.
- Remove is last, in red (5).
⚠️Important: Unpublish and Publish take effect as soon as you click them. There's no confirmation.
Step 3: Check Why an Item Is Greyed Out
A greyed-out item isn't available for that listing (1). Point to it to see why (2). For example, a listing with sold seats can't be removed: This listing has sold seats and cannot be removed.
Step 4: View the Sales for a Listing
Under VIEW, click View Sales (1).
Step 5: See the Orders for That Event
Orders opens in a new tab, filtered to the listing's event, and shows its orders (2). The event's name and date show in a chip with a calendar icon under Filters (1), for example New York Knicks vs. Boston Celtics · Oct 28, 2026.
Tip: To deliver an order, scroll the Orders grid all the way to the right. The Actions column there has the Fulfill Order button. If you still don't see it, turn it on from the Columns icon at the top right of the grid (see How to View and Read Your Orders).
Other VIEW Items
Under VIEW, you'll also find:
- View in Marketplace lists the marketplaces where you can see the event. A greyed-out marketplace means the event isn't available there.
- Venue map opens the event's seating map in its own window. Some events show No venue map is available for this event.
Tip: Each action has its own article in this section and in Edit and Organize Listings.
