Introduction
Filters narrow the Inventory grid down to the listings you want to see. This guide shows you how to use quick filters, the event filters above the grid, the filter boxes under the column headers, the event order button and the search bar, so you can find one listing or see every ticket you have for an event.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open Filters and Pick a Quick Filter
- Click Filters in the toolbar (1).
- Under QUICK FILTERS, tick a filter, for example Has Sold (2). Other options include Broadcast On, Broadcast Off, Published and Unpriced.
- Under EVENT DATE (3), choose Anytime, Next 7 days or Next 30 days.
- Under PURCHASE DATE (4), choose Anytime, Last 7 days or Last 30 days, or enter From and To dates.
Tip: Has Sold shows listings with at least one ticket sold. Unpriced shows listings with no list price yet.
Tip: Show sold-out groups and Past Events are explained in How to See Sold-Out Listings and Past Events.
Step 2: Click Done
Click Done. The grid now shows only the matching listings. Filters shows how many quick filters are on (1), and the footer count and totals update (2), here to 7 ticket groups.
Step 3: Clear Quick Filters
To remove quick filters, open Filters, click Clear all (1), then click Done (2).
Step 4: Find an Event by Name or Venue
Above the grid, type part of an event or performer name in Event or performer (1), for example Knicks. The grid shows only the matching events and their listings (2). The Venue box (3) works the same way for venue names.
Tip: To clear one of these boxes, click the × at its right end.
Step 5: Type in the Column Boxes
To find one listing, type in the boxes under the column headers. For example, type 105 in Section (1). A chip for the filter, Section: 105, appears in the row under the event filters (2), and the grid shows only the listings that match (3).
Tip: The small +1 or +2 next to some boxes opens sort and filter options for the values that share that column, for example SEATS in the SECTION column.
Step 6: Filter Number Columns with Min and Max
Number columns have a Min box and a Max box. Type a minimum, a maximum, or both. For example, type 400 in the Min box under LIST $ (1) to see only listings priced at $400 or more, like this one at $449.00 (2).
Step 7: Filter by Status
- Click the Status box under STATUS (1).
- Tick Published or Unpublished (2), for example Unpublished.
- Click Done (3).
Only listings with that status show.
Step 8: Filter by Event Date
- Click Any date in the event filters above the grid (1).
- Click a start date (2), for example November 1. Use the arrows to change the month.
- Click an end date (3), for example November 30.
- Click Done (4).
Step 9: Remove a Filter
The grid now shows only events from November 1 to 30. To remove a filter in the event filters, click the × in its box (1). A column filter shows as a chip in the row under the event filters; to remove it, click the ⊗ on its chip or the × in its box.
Tip: A date filter also adds 1 to the count on Filters.
Step 10: Change the Event Order
Events are listed by date, soonest first. To start with the events furthest away, click Soonest first (1). The button now reads Latest first, and the grid starts with your latest event (2). Click it again to go back.
Step 11: Find an Event with the Search Bar
To see every listing you have for one event, type the event name in the search bar at the top of the page (1), for example Hamilton. Under EVENTS, click the event (2).
Step 12: See All Tickets for That Event
Inventory opens filtered to that event, with an Event: Hamilton chip (1), and shows all of your ticket groups for it (2). To see your whole inventory again, click the ⊗ on the chip or click Clear all filters.
⚠️Important: Quick filters, the event filters and column filters add up. If your grid looks emptier than expected, check the count on Filters, the boxes above the grid and the chips under them. Most filters are cleared when you go to another page, but Show sold-out groups stays on until you untick it.
⚠️Important: The filter boxes are locked while PRICE INLINE is on.
Tip: The search bar also finds listings, orders and purchase orders (see How to Find Events, Listings and Orders with the Search Bar).
