Introduction
Price History shows every price change on a listing, who made it and when, and how your price compares with your cost. This guide shows you how to open it and what each part tells you.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open Price History
Click ⋮ on the listing (1) and choose Price History under VIEW (2).
Step 2: Read the Price Tiles
The window shows the section, row and seats at the top, for example Section 105 | Row 8. Below them are four tiles:
- CURRENT (1): the price now
- MIN (2): the lowest price it has had
- MAX (3): the highest price it has had
- AVERAGE (4)
Step 3: Read the Chart and Summary
The chart (1) shows your price over time. The dashed line is your Cost (2). Below the chart, check:
- Trend (3), for example DOWN 6.1%
- Current ROI (4), for example +50.0%
- Last Changed (5), with who made the change and when
Step 4: Check Recent Changes
Scroll down to Recent Changes (1). Each row shows the date and time, the old price → new price, and who made the change (2). The latest change is marked CURRENT.
Step 5: Close the Window
Click ✕ at the top right (1).
Tip: If a listing's price has never changed, you'll see No price changes recorded yet.
Tip: For every change, not just price, use View History (see How to See the Full History of One Listing).
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Current ROI mean?
It compares your current price with your cost per ticket. If the listing has no cost or no price, there's nothing to compare.
