Introduction
Every order has a details panel that shows everything about it in one place: its statuses, the event, the seats, the money, tags and notes. This guide shows you how to open the panel, what each part shows, and how to close it again.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open the Panel
On Orders, double-click the order's row (1), away from the checkbox and any buttons. The order's details open in a panel on the right (2), and the row stays highlighted.
⚠️Important: A single click on a row only ticks its checkbox. Double-click to open the details.
Tip: Clicking an order in the search results at the top of the page also opens this panel (see How to Find a Specific Order).
Step 2: Check the Header and Statuses
- At the top of the panel are the SeatHQ order number and the order total (1).
- Order Status (2) shows Active or Cancelled.
- Delivery Status (3) shows the delivery status, with the delivery method on the right (here, Mobile Transfer).
- Orders still waiting for delivery also show the Fulfill Order button (4).
Tip: To deliver the order, click Fulfill Order here (see How to Deliver an E-Ticket Order (Upload PDFs and Barcodes) or How to Deliver a Mobile Transfer Order).
Step 3: Check the Order and Event
Scroll down in the panel.
- Order Information (1) shows the order date, the Marketplace Order ID, the marketplace and the origin.
- Event Details (2) shows the event, its date and the venue.
Step 4: Check the Tickets and Money
- Tickets (1) shows QTY, Section, Row and Seats.
- Financials (2) shows Cost Per, Cost Total, List Per, Order Total and Profit.
Order Total is the List Per price times the number of tickets, and it's the total shown at the top of the panel. Profit is what the order brought in (its REVENUE on the Orders grid) minus Cost Total, so it can differ slightly from Order Total minus Cost Total.
Step 5: Check People, Tags and Notes
At the bottom of the panel are:
- People (1), which shows the seller.
- Tags (2), which shows the order's tags. Add one with + Tag. Clicking the x on a tag removes it right away (see How to Tag Orders).
If the order has a note, a Notes section appears below Tags.
Step 6: Close the Panel
Click the X (1) at the top right of the panel, or press Esc.
