Introduction
To deliver an E-Ticket order, you attach one single-page PDF and enter one barcode for each ticket in the order. When every ticket has both, SeatHQ marks the order Delivered.
This guide shows you how to find the order, attach your PDFs, enter the barcodes and mark the order delivered.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Find the Order
Type the order number in the search bar at the top of the page (1), for example 260013. Under SALES, click the order (2).
You can also double-click the order in Delivery > Orders.
Step 2: Check It's a Pending E-Ticket Order
The order opens in Delivery > Orders, with its details panel on the right. The list shows only this order, with a Search chip under Filters. To see all your orders again, click the x on that chip. Under Delivery Status, check that the method is E-Ticket (1) and the status is Pending (2). Then click Fulfill Order (3).
Tip: On Inventory, this delivery method is called PDF Upload. Orders and the Fulfill order window call it E-Ticket.
Step 3: Review the Fulfill Order Window
The Fulfill order window opens. Check:
- The order number in the title (1), with the Pending status next to it.
- The Order row (2): the event, section, row and seats.
- The Method row (3): E-Ticket.
The message at the bottom tells you what's still missing, for example Add 2 PDFs and 2 barcodes to mark this order delivered.
Step 4: Click Choose Files
Under E-Ticket PDFs, the count shows how many PDFs you need: one per ticket (1). Here it reads 0 of 2 pages. Click Choose files (2).
Step 5: Select Your Ticket PDFs
Select one single-page PDF for each ticket. You can select several files at once.
Each file appears in the list (1) with its number of pages, and the count turns green (2): 2 of 2 pages. The message at the bottom now only asks for the barcodes.
⚠️Important: Your PDFs aren't attached to the order until you click Save or Mark delivered. Until then they show as pending, and clicking Cancel discards them.
Step 6: Enter the Barcodes
Type each ticket's barcode in its Barcode box: Ticket 1 / Seat 101 (1) and Ticket 2 / Seat 102 (2).
When every ticket has a PDF and a barcode, the message at the bottom reads Every ticket has a PDF and a barcode — this marks the order Delivered. (3), and Save changes to Mark delivered (4).
⚠️Important: Each seat needs its own barcode. You can't use the same barcode for two tickets.
Step 7: Click Mark Delivered
Click Mark delivered. You'll see Order marked delivered (1). In the order's details panel, Delivery Status changes to Delivered (2), and the Fulfill Order button becomes Fulfillment Details (3).
Tip: Don't have everything yet? Add what you have and click Save (for example, you'll see Saved 1 barcode and 1 PDF). Your files then show as attached, and you can come back and finish later.
⚠️Important: Deleting an attached PDF is permanent.
Tip: The captured count next to Barcodes (one per ticket) updates after you save, so it can still read 0 of 2 captured while you type.
Tip: To leave without saving, click Cancel.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Fulfill Order button is greyed out. Why?
That order's delivery method can't be delivered in SeatHQ. Hover over the button to see the reason: it names the delivery method that isn't supported. Contact support@seathq.com with the order number if you need help.
I have one PDF with all the tickets. Can I use it?
No. Upload a separate one-page PDF for each ticket. A combined PDF counts as one file, so the count stays at 1 of 2 pages and the order can't be marked delivered.
