Introduction
When you select two or more listings in Inventory, a bulk bar appears above the grid, so you can publish, unpublish, reprice or tag many listings at once. This guide shows you how to select listings, use the bulk bar and clear your selection.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Tick the Listings
- Tick the box at the left of two or more ticket group rows (1).
- To select every listing for an event, tick its event row (2).
- To select everything shown, tick the box in the header (3).
A dash in an event row or header box means only some of the listings under it are selected.
Step 2: Use the Bulk Bar
The bulk bar appears above the grid, under the event filters. It shows the number selected (1) and has Edit listing (2), Unpublish or Publish (3), Tags (4), Remove (5) and Clear (6), among others. A greyed-out button isn't available for this selection. Point to it to see why.
⚠️Important: Remove only works when all the selected listings are for the same event.
⚠️Important: The bulk bar appears only when two or more listings are selected. Checkboxes are greyed out while COMPS is on, and hidden while PRICE INLINE is on.
Step 3: Unpublish or Publish Them All
Click Unpublish (or Publish). Every selected listing changes at once:
- the STATUS dots turn grey (1)
- a message confirms how many changed (2), here 2 listings unpublished
- the Unpublish listings card at the bottom right lists each listing as Applied (3)
Your selection clears when the change is done.
⚠️Important: Check the number selected before you click. Bulk Unpublish and Publish happen at once, with no confirmation.
Step 4: Change Their Prices with Edit Listing
- Select the listings again and click Edit listing in the bulk bar. The Edit listings window opens.
- Under Raise or lower, choose a change such as +5% (1), or pick Lower or Raise and type a percent (%) or dollar ($) amount.
- Check the Preview (2). It shows each listing's CURRENT LIST and NEW LIST price and the totals.
- Click Apply 2 changes (3).
Tip: In the same window you can also change Marketplace distribution, Price overrides and Section / row alias on every selected listing at once. Open a section and make your change. The section then reads Overwrites 2 listings, and when you apply, that whole section is replaced on all the selected listings. To skip a section you've opened, click Leave unchanged. Only Seats & structure still reads One listing at a time.
Tip: Price overrides and Section / row alias open with the rules all the selected listings share. A rule that only some of them have shows up blank, and it's removed from them when you apply a change to that section, so add it again if it should stay. These two sections can be changed on one account's listings at a time.
⚠️Important: Marketplace distribution works differently. It opens with every marketplace that's off on any of the selected listings switched off, and a change sets that whole list on all of them. Check every marketplace before you apply, or change distribution in bulk only for listings that are already on the same marketplaces.
Step 5: Check the New Prices
A message confirms Price updated (1), and LIST $ shows the new prices (2). The AT LIST totals on the event rows update too.
Step 6: Clear Your Selection
Click Clear (1) at the right end of the bulk bar to unselect everything.
Tip: While listings are selected, the toolbar and the event filters stay above the bulk bar.
Tip: Tags in the bulk bar adds the same tags to every selected listing.
Tip: Listings that can't be changed are skipped. For example, a listing without a price can't be published.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why were some listings skipped?
To publish, a listing needs a list price. Listings without one aren't changed.
