Introduction
This guide explains what each report shows, so you can pick the right one and read the results. To open a report, point to Reporting in the top menu and click Purchases or Sales (see How to Open Reports and Run a Report).
Two reports show data for your affiliate:
- Purchases: every line on your purchase orders, with what the tickets cost.
- Sales: every sold line, with where the tickets sold, what they sold for and your profit.
Tip: Both reports start on today's date. Click the date button under Filters to choose a longer period. The screenshots below show Sep 14 – Oct 14, 2026.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Purchases
Every purchase line for your affiliate, one row per line. All dates and times, including event dates, are in Central time (CT), as shown under the report name.
- Filters (1) lets you show one event. Search for it or click it under EVENT, then click Done. Your affiliate is ticked under ACCOUNTS at the top of the list.
- The date button (2) under Filters shows the period the report covers, based on the date each purchase order was created. Click it to choose Today, Yesterday, Month to date, Last 7 days, Last 31 days or Last month, or pick your own dates on the calendar, then click Apply.
- Group: None (3) groups the lines. Click it and choose Day, Event or PO (purchase order). None lists every line on its own.
When you choose an event under Filters, a chip appears next to the date button, for example Event: New York Knicks vs. Boston Celtics. Click the × on a chip to remove that filter, or click Clear all next to the chips to remove all your filters. To see every event again, you can also click All events under Filters.
Each row shows:
- PO # (4): the purchase order number, with the date and time the purchase order was created underneath.
- EXTERNAL #: the order number from where you bought the tickets, if there is one.
- EVENT: the event name, with its date and time, venue and city underneath.
- SECTION: the section and row, with the seats underneath.
- QTY: the number of tickets on the line.
- GROUP COST and GROUP FACE: the total cost and face value of all the tickets on the line, with the amount per ticket (ea) underneath.
- CUR: the currency.
- STOCK TYPE: for example Mobile or E-Ticket, with the in-hand date underneath.
- PAYMENT: how the tickets were paid for, for example Credit Card. Scroll right to see it.
Under each column header there's a filter box: type to search, enter a minimum amount, or choose from a list. Some filter boxes have a small button such as +1 or +4. Click it to sort and filter by the details shown underneath. For example, +1 under PO # lets you filter by PO DATE, and +4 under EVENT by the event date, venue, city and state. To sort by a column, click its header.
The footer (5) shows how many lines and POs are listed, for example 33 lines · 31 POs, and the total Tickets, Cost USD and Face USD.
The buttons at the top right of the report work the same way on both reports:
- View: No view (1): save the way the report is set up as a named view and bring it back later. No view means no saved view is applied (see How to Save, Apply and Reset Table Views).
- The Columns icon (2): show or hide columns. The number on it is how many columns are hidden.
- The Density icon (3): change the row spacing to Compact, Normal or Comfortable.
- The Export CSV icon (4): download the lines as a CSV file (see How to Export Your Data to a CSV File).
- The Refresh icon (5): load the lines again. The "As of" time next to it shows how up to date they are.
Tip: The Columns, Density and Export CSV icons only appear when the report has lines to show.
When you group the lines, for example by Event, the dropdown reads Group: Event (1) and each group starts with a header row (2). It shows the event with its date and time, then the number of POs, lines and tickets (tix) in the group and their total cost. Click the arrow at the start of a header row to hide or show the lines in that group.
Tip: Click the Columns icon to add more columns, such as Unit cost, Face, PO notes, PO tags and Listing tags. Type in Search columns to find one quickly.
Sales
Every sold line for your affiliate, one row per line. Sale and void dates are in your timezone (ET in these screenshots; see How to Set Your Timezone). Event dates and times are the venue's local time. The dates you pick with the date button are in Central time (CT), as shown at the top of the calendar.
- Filters (1) lets you include or hide voided sales and show only one event (see below).
- The search box (2) finds lines by event, invoice # or order #.
- The date button (3) shows the period the report covers, based on the sale date. It has the same options as the Purchases report.
- Group: None (4) groups the lines. Click it and choose Day, Event, Market, Invoice or Commission (the status shown in the COMMISSION column). None lists every line on its own. Each group header shows the number of invoices, lines and tickets (tix) in the group and their revenue.
The View, Columns, Density, Export CSV and Refresh buttons at the top right work as on the Purchases report.
The tiles (5) add up the period:
- SALES: the number of sales (invoices), including voided sales.
- EVENTS and TICKETS: how many events you sold tickets for, and how many tickets you sold.
- REVENUE: what your tickets sold for.
- TOTAL COST: what the sold tickets cost you.
- PROFIT and MARGIN: your revenue minus the total cost, and that profit as a percentage of revenue.
- AFFILIATE CUT and AFFILIATE PROFIT: your share of the sales, and your share minus what the sold tickets cost you. They're marked incl. estimates because they include estimated amounts.
Each row starts with:
- INVOICE #: the invoice number of the sale, with the sale date and time underneath.
- STATUS: Active, Voided or Void reversal (see Voided Sales below).
- MARKET: the marketplace where the tickets sold, with the marketplace order number underneath.
- BUYER PAYMENT: whether the buyer has paid, for example Paid or Pending.
- EVENT: the event name, with its date and time, venue and city underneath.
- QTY: the number of tickets on the line.
- SECTION: the section and row, with the seats underneath.
- LIST PRICE: the listing price per ticket.
The footer (6) shows how many lines and invoices are listed, for example 15 lines · 14 invoices, with the totals for Tickets, Revenue, Total cost, Profit, Margin, Affiliate cut and Affiliate profit.
Filters
Click Filters (1) to:
- Turn Include voids (2) on or off. It's on by default. When it's off, voided sales and their reversal lines are hidden, so the SALES count and the number of lines and invoices go down. Tickets, revenue, profit and the other amounts stay the same, because a voided sale cancels itself out.
- Show only one event: search for it (3) or click it in the list under EVENT, then click Done (4). To see every event again, click All events.
Your affiliate is ticked under ACCOUNTS.
When you turn Include voids off and click Done:
- A Voids hidden chip (1) appears next to the date button, and Filters shows 1. Click the × on the chip to show voided sales again.
- Clear all (2) appears next to the chips. Click it to remove all your filters, including the search, and show voided sales again.
- The SALES tile (3) goes down, here from 14 to 13.
Amounts
Scroll right to see the amounts for each line:
- FACE: the face value per ticket.
- SALE (1): what the line sold for, with the amount per ticket (ea) underneath.
- COST: what the tickets on the line cost you.
- PROFIT (2): the sale minus the cost, with the margin next to it, for example ▲ 30.4%.
- AFFILIATE CUT (3) and AFFILIATE PROFIT: your share of the sale, and your share minus the cost. Estimated amounts are marked est.
- COMMISSION (4): shows Estimated (est.) while the affiliate amounts are still estimates.
Tip: Click the Columns icon to add more columns, such as Sale date, Order #, Venue, Price / ticket, Days in stock, PO # and Listing notes.
Voided Sales
When a sale is voided, for example because the order was cancelled, the report shows it on two lines:
- A Voided line (1) with the original sale.
- A Void reversal line (2) with the tickets and amounts as negative numbers, for example -2 tickets.
The date the sale was voided is shown under each status. The two lines cancel each other out, so a voided sale doesn't add to your tickets, revenue or profit. In this example, a search for Bruins finds 2 sales (3): the voided sale and one active sale. TICKETS shows 2, not 4, because the voided sale's 2 tickets and its -2 reversal cancel out.
Row Menu
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu (1) at the end of a row to:
- View sale (2): open the order on the Orders page.
- View PO (3): open the purchase order the tickets came from on the Purchase Orders page.
- View event inventory (4): open Inventory filtered to the event.
- Copy invoice # (5): copy the invoice number.
