Introduction
Reports give you a quick view of your purchases and sales. This guide shows you where to find your reports, how to switch between reports, and how to choose the dates a report covers.
You open reports from Reporting in the menu along the top of the page.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open Reports from the Top Menu
- In the top menu, point to Reporting (1). A menu opens with the two reports.
- Click the report you want: Purchases (2) or Sales (3). In this example, click Purchases.
Tip: You can also click Reporting itself. It opens the Purchases report.
Step 2: Get to Know the Report Page
The Purchases report opens. Your affiliate name is shown under the report name.
Under the top menu, the Purchases (1) and Sales (2) tabs let you switch between the reports. The tab of the report you're viewing is highlighted.
A report starts on today's date, as shown on the date button (3). If there's nothing to show for today, you'll see No purchases in this range. Try a wider date range. (4). You'll choose other dates in Step 4.
Step 3: Switch to Another Report
- Click the tab of the report you want, for example Sales (1).
The Sales report opens. It also starts on today's date (2).

Step 4: Choose the Dates
To see a different period:
- Click the date button (1).
- Click a preset: Today, Yesterday, Month to date, Last 7 days, Last 31 days (2) or Last month. Or pick a start date and an end date on the calendar.

The dates you picked are shown above the calendar, for example 09/14/2026 → 10/14/2026, and the number of days is shown at the bottom (31 days). To start again, click Clear. To close the calendar without changing the dates, click Cancel.
The dates you pick are in Central time (CT), as shown at the top of the calendar.
Step 5: View Your Report
The report updates for the dates you chose. The date button (1) now shows Sep 14 – Oct 14, 2026.
On the Sales report, the tiles (2) add up the period: SALES, EVENTS, TICKETS, REVENUE, TOTAL COST, PROFIT, MARGIN, AFFILIATE CUT and AFFILIATE PROFIT. Below the tiles, each row is one sold line. The footer (3) shows how many lines and invoices are listed, for example 15 lines · 14 invoices, with their totals.
Tip: Reports show data for the affiliate selected at the top of the page. The affiliate's name also appears under the report name (see How to Check or Switch the Affiliate You're Working In).
