Introduction
Each purchase order has a details panel with everything about that purchase: what it cost, how many tickets it has, where you bought them, and which events and ticket groups it covers.
This guide shows you how to open a purchase order, read its details and jump straight to its tickets in Inventory.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open the Purchase Order
On Purchase Orders, click a purchase order's row (1). A panel opens on the right, with PURCHASE ORDER and the purchase order number at the top (2).
Step 2: Read the Summary
The tiles at the top (1) show:
- Cost: what you paid for the tickets.
- Qty: the number of tickets.
- Has unpriced: Yes if any of the tickets don't have a list price yet.
Under PURCHASE (2), check when the purchase order was Created, the Source you bought from and the Card on file used for the purchase.
⚠️Important: Tickets with no list price can't sell. If Has unpriced says Yes, use View tickets (Step 4) to find them and set a price.
Step 3: Check the Events and Ticket Groups
The EVENTS · TICKET GROUPS heading shows how many of each the purchase order has. Below it:
- Each event (1) shows its name, date and time, and the venue and city.
- Each ticket group (2) shows the quantity, section and row, for example 4× Section 2nd Mezzanine 3, Row D. The line below shows the seats, the cost, the Listed price and how many tickets are unsold.
An Unpriced tag and Listed — mean those tickets don't have a list price yet.
Step 4: Go to the Tickets
Click View tickets (1) next to the event.
Tip: If a purchase order covers more than one event, each event has its own View tickets button.
Step 5: See the Tickets in Inventory
Inventory opens filtered to that event. A chip (1) with a calendar icon and the event's name appears above the grid, and the event's row lists all your tickets for the event, including the ticket group from this purchase order (2).
To see all your listings again, click the × on the filter, or click Clear all filters.
Step 6: Close the Panel
When you've finished with a purchase order on the Purchase Orders page, close the panel with the ✕ (1) in its top-right corner, or press Esc.
Tip: Clicking the same row again also closes the panel.
