Introduction
A purchasing account is the account you bought your tickets with at the vendor, identified by its email address. For example, the Ticketmaster account where your digital tickets are issued and managed.
This guide shows you how to open your purchasing accounts, read each account card, find an account by search or vendor, and view a saved password safely.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open Purchase Accounts
Point to Accounting (1) at the top of the page and click Purchase Accounts (2).
Tip: If you're already on a page under Accounting, such as Purchase Orders, pointing to Accounting doesn't open a menu. Click Purchase Accounts in the row of tabs under the top menu instead.
Step 2: Check the Page Header
The Purchase Accounts tab (1) shows how many accounts you have. The page header (2) says Purchasing Accounts, with the number of accounts and whose accounts they are: your name and the number of affiliates on your login.
⚠️Important: This page only lists accounts for the affiliates on your login.
Tip: The tab says Purchase Accounts and the page title says Purchasing Accounts. They're the same page.
Tip: Every account on your login shows here, whichever affiliate is selected on the affiliate button at the top of the page (see How to Check or Switch the Affiliate You're Working In).
Step 3: Read an Account Card
Each purchasing account has its own card. The top line shows the affiliate it belongs to (1) and the vendor (2). The line below shows the login email and the hidden password.
Step 4: Check the Right Side of the Card
On the right of each card you'll see when the account was last updated (1). The ⋮ menu (2) is where you edit or delete the account.
Step 5: Search for an Account
Type part of a vendor, email or affiliate name in Search accounts... (1). The list updates as you type and shows only the matching accounts (2).
Step 6: Filter by Vendor
Click All Vendors (1) and choose a vendor (2), for example AXS. The list only includes vendors you already have accounts with.
Step 7: See the Filtered List
The box now shows the vendor you picked (1), and only that vendor's accounts are listed (2). The count under the page title changes to match, for example 1 account.
A Clear button (3) appears while a search or filter is on. Click Clear to show all your accounts again.
Step 8: If Nothing Matches
If nothing matches your search or filter (1), you'll see No matching accounts (2). Click Clear Filters (3) to show all your accounts again.
Step 9: Show a Saved Password
- To see a saved password, click the eye icon next to the dots.
- The password appears in place of the dots, and the eye (1) now has a line through it.
- Click the eye again to hide it.
⚠️Important: The eye shows your vendor password in plain text. Only use it when no one else can see your screen, and never share a screenshot while it's showing.
