Introduction
When you sell tickets, the buyer is waiting for you to deliver them. This guide shows you how to list every order that still needs delivery, with the soonest event at the top, and how to save that list as a view so you can open it again in one click.
You'll also learn where to find the Actions column, where you start a delivery.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open Delivery > Orders
In the top menu, point to Delivery (1) and click Orders (2).
Step 2: Filter to Pending Delivery
- Click Filters (1).
- Under QUICK FILTERS, tick Pending Delivery (2).
- Click Done (3).
Step 3: Check the List
The list now shows only the orders that still need delivery. Filters (1) shows 1 active filter, and the Orders count at the top updates (6 here).
Scroll the list to the right to see the DELIVERY STATUS column (2). Every order reads Pending. The DELIVERY METHOD column next to it shows how each order is delivered: E-Ticket or Mobile Transfer.
Step 4: Sort by Event Date
Scroll back to the EVENT DATE/TIME column and click its header (1) twice, until its arrow points up. The first click sorts the latest event first. The second click puts the soonest event at the top (2).
Step 5: Save This List as a View
- Click View: No view (1) at the top right of the list.
- Click Save as new view….
- Type a name for the view (2), such as To deliver.
- Click Save (3).
Step 6: Open Your View Next Time
You'll see View saved. at the top of the page, and the button now reads View: To deliver (1). While you're logged in, Orders keeps the view you last applied. To have it open every time you log in, click the View button and choose Make “To deliver” my default. Otherwise, Orders opens with No view after you log in again.
To apply the view yourself (for example, after you've changed the filters), click the View button (1) and click To deliver (2) under SAVED VIEWS. The view you're using has a check mark.
Tip: To rename or delete a view, click the View button and choose Manage views… (see How to Save, Apply and Reset Table Views).
Step 7: Find the Actions Column
Scroll the list all the way to the right. The last column, Actions, has no heading. On each order that still needs delivery, it shows the Fulfill Order button, with a check-mark icon (1).
Tip: If you don't see the Actions column, scroll right. If it still isn't there, turn it on from the column settings (the Columns icon at the top right of the list).
Step 8: Start the Delivery
Click the Fulfill Order button on the order you want to deliver (here, the one with the soonest event). The Fulfill order window opens for that order (1). Check the Method row (2), here Mobile Transfer, then follow the matching guide:
Tip: Clicking the button also ticks the order. After you close the window, a bar at the top of the list still shows 1 selected. Click Clear in that bar to untick the order.
⚠️Important: Failure to deliver by the expected delivery date could result in order cancellation and additional penalties.
Tip: You can also double-click any order to open its details panel and click Fulfill Order there (see How to Open an Order's Details).
Tip: To see all your orders again, open Filters and click Clear all.
Frequently Asked Questions
An order still says Pending after I delivered it. Why?
E-Ticket orders change to Delivered when you click Mark delivered in the Fulfill order window. Mobile Transfer orders change to Delivered once the marketplace confirms your transfer. If an order stays Pending, contact support@seathq.com with the order number.
My listing said Direct Transfer (or PDF Upload). Why does the order say Mobile Transfer (or E-Ticket)?
They're the same delivery methods with different names. Inventory calls them Direct Transfer and PDF Upload. Orders and the Fulfill order window call them Mobile Transfer and E-Ticket.
The Fulfill Order button is greyed out. Why?
That order's delivery method can't be delivered in SeatHQ. Hover over the button to see the reason: it names the delivery method that isn't supported. Contact support@seathq.com with the order number if you need help.
