Introduction
By default, a published listing goes to all marketplaces. If you don't want a listing on some of them, you remove it from those marketplaces in Edit listing. This guide shows you how to untick the marketplaces you don't want, save, and check the result.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Open the Listing's Menu
On Inventory, click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the far right of the listing's row (1).
Step 2: Click Edit Listing
Click Edit listing (1) at the top of the menu.
Step 3: Open Marketplace Distribution
In the Edit listing window, click Marketplace distribution (1).
At the top of the section, the Published switch is on (2), with the note Published — untick a marketplace to remove it. The summary on the right shows how many marketplaces the listing goes to, for example On all 15. Every marketplace below has a check mark.
Step 4: Untick the Marketplaces You Don't Want
Click each marketplace you don't want the listing on, here Viagogo (1) and TickPick (2). An unticked marketplace loses its check mark and shows a small dot instead.
The summary updates (3), here On 13 of 15. To add a marketplace back, click it again so it shows a check mark.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Click Save changes (1) at the bottom of the window.
Step 6: Check the Result
Find the MARKETPLACES column (scroll the table to the right if you don't see it). In the listing's row, ALL is replaced by the marketplaces the listing still goes to (1): the first three short names, here SH (StubHub), VS (Vivid Seats) and SG (SeatGeek), and +10 for the other 10 marketplaces. A Marketplace distribution saved message appears at the top of the page (2).
⚠️Important: Unticking every marketplace doesn't unpublish the listing. The summary reads Removed from all, the STATUS dot stays green and the listing goes to no marketplace (the MARKETPLACES column shows a dash). To take a listing off sale, unpublish it instead: turn off the Published switch and click Save changes, or click ⋮ > Unpublish.
⚠️Important: Changes can take a few minutes to show on the marketplaces.
Tip: To send the listing to every marketplace again, open Marketplace distribution, click each unticked marketplace so all of them show a check mark, and click Save changes.
Tip: If a listing is unpublished, the switch is off and the summary reads Unpublished. To publish it, turn the switch on and click Save changes, or click ⋮ > Publish.
Tip: To change the marketplaces of several listings at once, select them, click Edit listing in the bulk bar and open Marketplace distribution (see How to Select Several Listings and Use Bulk Actions). It starts with every marketplace that's off on any of the selected listings switched off, and applying sets that whole list on all of them, so check every marketplace before you apply.
Tip: ⋮ > View in Marketplace only lists the marketplaces your listing goes to (see Where Are My Tickets Listed?).
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to list on each marketplace myself?
