Introduction

This guide shows you how to open your account menu, where to find Account settings, Log out and the SeatHQ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and how to use the Account Settings tab on the Settings page.

The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.

Step 1: Open Your Account Menu

Click your initials and email address at the top right of any page (1). Your account menu opens (2).

Step 2: Choose What You Need

The top of the menu shows your name and login email (1). Below it you can open:

• Account settings (2)
• Log out (3), shown in red (see How to Log Out of SeatHQ)

At the bottom of the menu, side by side, Terms of Use (4) and Privacy Policy (5) open SeatHQ's terms of use and privacy policy in a new browser tab.

Tip: To close the account menu without choosing anything, click anywhere outside it.

Tip: Reports aren't in the account menu. To open them, point to Reporting in the top menu and click Purchases or Sales (see How to Open Reports and Run a Report).

Step 3: Open Account Settings

Click Account settings. The Settings page opens. It has two tabs: Account Settings (1) and Emails (2).

On the Account Settings tab you set your Timezone (see How to Set Your Timezone).

⚠️Important: Changes on the Account Settings tab save as soon as you make them, and Settings saved. appears at the top of the page.
