Introduction
This guide shows you how to log in to SeatHQ with your email and password. After you log in, you land on your Inventory page.
The numbers in brackets, like (1), match the numbered markers in the screenshots.
Step 1: Go to the SeatHQ Login Page
Go to sell.seathq.com. You'll see the Welcome Back page (1) with the line Log in to your account to continue.
Step 2: Enter Your Email
In Email (1), type the email address for your SeatHQ account.
Step 3: Enter Your Password
- In Password (1), type your password.
- To check what you typed, click the eye icon (2) to show your password. While your password shows, the icon has a line through it.
- Click the icon again to hide your password.
Step 4: Click Log In
Click Log In (1). While SeatHQ checks your details, the button reads Logging In....
⚠️Important: If you see Invalid email or password, check both and try again. If you still can't log in, contact support@seathq.com.
Step 5: Check That You're in the Right Account
You land on your Inventory page (1). Check that your affiliate name and ID (2) and your initials and email (3) show at the top of the page.
Tip: A long affiliate name and your email are cut short at the top of the page. Click the affiliate button or your initials to see them in full.
Tip: If your session ends, SeatHQ takes you back to the Welcome Back page. Just log in again.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does "Network error. Please check your connection." mean?
SeatHQ couldn't be reached. Check your internet connection, then click Log In again.
